If you have already placed an order and would like further assistance, please have your 4 digit order number available that appears on your order copy. If you are calling pertaining to more information about a product, please have the model number of the product available when you call or email.

Product returns. To return an item simply contact us within 30 days of purchase with your 4 digit order number and we will make arrangements for your return. Depending upon the nature of the return, a re-stocking fee up to 25 percent may apply. When we create your return ticket we will provide you with a return authorization number. This number must be included with your returned merchandise for you to receive proper credit.

Our website is connected to vast supply chain that includes distribution centers located throughout the United States and Canada. As you can imagine, if you send a parcel to the incorrect supplier, your credit/refund will be delayed until the return process is completed successfully. We have an easy return process/policy. All you need to do is make sure you contact a representative before you make a return so you have all the necessary information and the correct address of where to send the product you are returning.
